What if I need help deciding which product is best for my skin?

Reach out! Our product formulator is a licensed aesthetician. While the best advice is given in person with a consult, we virtually assist our customers in helping them choose the best fit for their skin type.

How long should I try a product before switching to a new one?

Unless you are experiencing an allergic reaction or discomfort of some sort, you should give a product at least 3 months of consistent use before jumping to a new product.

How long does shipping take?

We typically ship within 3-5 business days after your order has been received. However, we are a husband & wife team which means shipping can take up to 7 business days following a site-wide sale. If you ever need your order expedited for any reason, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate!

Can I return or exchange a product?

We take each circumstance into consideration when processing an exchange or refund. We are very transparent regarding ingredients - please review carefully before deciding. If there is ever an issue with the product itself (broken mechanisms, damage from shipping, etc. we will promptly send out a replacement!
